Yoga
The days and evenings at the retreat always begin with a set of basic Yoga practices.
The guided Yoga practices strengthen and vitalise your body, calm your mind, and bring balance, stability and a natural flow into your system, promoting overall well-being.
These practices also prepare you physically and mentally for the Sound Healing session and the Meditation that follow afterwards.
Sound Healing
In the daily guided Sound Healing sessions, Gabriela brings your body, mind and emotions into alignment with your soul and the divine source of all creation.
During these sessions, you can experience mind silence and holistic harmony within yourself.
Stillness & Meditation
Each morning and evening at the retreat concludes with a guided meditation experience conducted by Gabriela.
